Attention female athletes: there will be general preseason conditioning days from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. the next two weeks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. “Sensational 6” conditioning will be offered to any female athlete who would like to enhance their conditioning before trying out for a winter sport. We will be combining plyometics, cardio and light weight-lifting during these days. The first session will be Tuesday, October 28th at 3:15 p.m. on the football field. Please make sure you have a completed physical on file with the office. Those who complete all 6 workouts will receive a Sensation 6 t-shirt! The varsity volleyball team made it 2 wins in a row beating a strong Ashley team on senior night last night, 14-25, 28-26, 25-16, 25-11. Logan Trefil had 25 digs, 28 assists, 11 kills and 4 blocks. Lacey Micka had 23 digs and 2 aces. Megan Walter chipped in with 7 blocks and 9 kills,, while Megan Black had 9 kills and 2 aces and Morgan Martin with 2 aces and Brittany Moore 16 digs. The JV team lost a close game in 3 sets to Ashley while the freshman got a win coming from behind in the third set against Pewamo-Westphalia.
