While on tour, Loretta gets kidnapped by a billionaire who hopes she can lead him to an ancient city of lost treasures from her latest story. Determined to be the hero he is written about in the books, he hopes to be one in real life as well, so Alan sets off to go rescue her. Rotten Tomatoes rated this a 79% along with audience rating as 83%. Rotten Tomatoes stated, “The Lost City doesn’t sparkle quite as brightly as some classic treasure-hunting capers, but its stars’ screwball chemistry make this movie well worth romancing.” Meanwhile the audience stated,”With lots of laughs and some likable stars, The Lost City is a fun, lighthearted adventure that passes the time painlessly.” I think that it was full of laughter and a little bit of romance which is the perfect mix so overall I rate this movie a 100%.
