Call Me If You Get Lost, by Tyler the Creator is an album that will change
your opinion on rap music. He brought a new vibe to the rap and hip-hop
industry. This album was released on June 25th, 2021. The genre is Hip Hop,
Jazz, and soul music. It is 52 minutes and 41 seconds long.
Call Me If You Get Lost has 16 tracks in total. Each song is unique in its
own way. Sweet/I Thought You Wanted To Dance ft. Brent Faiyaz and Fanas
Hues, this song is a prime example of the uniqueness of Tyler’s music. His music
can’t be replicated because of this. It just has this vibe to it, his lyrics can’t be
beat.
Another example to this album’s uniqueness is also in Sweet/I Thought
You Wanted To Dance. He says, “The plan was to stick my toe in and check the
temperature, but
Next thing I know, I’m
I’m drownin’”
This lyric is so good, no one has ever written something like this. Maybe similar
but not matched.
All in all Call Me If You Get Lost is a really good album. It puts a whole new
meaning to the hip-hop title. It may not be for everyone, but everyone can most
likely find some lyrics or a song and think that it is good and very unique. I rate
this album an 8.5/10, it’s good but not THE BEST.
