The Junior Class is selling our annual poinsettias! Please see a junior class member to place an order! Orders and payment are due October 30th

Freshmen class dues are $7.00 and can be paid to Mrs. Horak in Student Services before and after school and during both lunches

Attention all NHS members: The Oct. large group meeting will take place this coming Friday at 7:30 in the auditorium. We will be planning the fall blood drive and you must be present to be a part of it.

Applications for the snow sculpting team are now available in the art room. Any creative student in grades 9-12 who is comfortable working on three dimensional projects is encouraged to apply. Don’t wait! Applications are due November 2.

Girls interested in playing basketball this year: please meet with Coach Cunningham on Tuesday, October 20 at 7:40 A.M. in the Student Lounge.

The next Model UN meeting is Tuesday, October 20 at 7:30 A.M. There is still time to join! See Mr. Belill in room C-4.

Mrs. Willbanks is looking for a student who would like to DJ the upcoming Middle School Halloween dance. If you are interested, please see Mrs. Willbanks in Middle School room 107 before or after school, or e-mail her.

9-12th grade students have the opportunity to travel to Grand Valley State University and Aquinas College in the same day! This event will take place on October 30. It will give students the opportunity to visit two colleges, learn about their programs, and eat at Grand Valley’s wonderful dining hall.

Additionally, 11-12 grade students have the opportunity to attend a visit to Central Michigan University on November 19. Those interested in either trip can pick up a permission form in Student Services. The GVSU/Aquinas trip will fill fast, so turn in permission forms as soon as possible. See Ms. Simon in Student Services for additional information.

The business department is putting on a troop drive. Bring in non-perishable items to send overseas. Drop off your items to Mrs. Bonnie Ott in room S-18 through November.
