The PG movie Roped does a great job of bringing love and heart-break to a travelling rodeo.
Roped came out on Netflix on May 2, 2020 and the movie is about a traveling rodeo that lands in the city limits of a town that does not like rodeos. One of the towns councilmen butt’s heads with a young cowboy on his way to becoming one of the best. When the councilman’s daughter falls in love with this super star their battles become personal.
The movie features Josh Swickard (Colton Burtenshaw) Casper Van Dien (Robert Peterson), and Lauren Swickard (Tracey Peterson). These actors and actresses do a wonderful job of bringing these love stories together.
IMDB TV rated this movie a 5.2 out of 10. I would give this movie a 7 out of ten because it’s like a lot of country movies but just in a different setting. Roped is directed by Shaun Paul Piccinino and is written by John Ducey.
