Moana was released Nov. 23rd, 2016. It is a full length cartoon by Disney.
It stars actors: Auli’i Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson, Jemaine Clement, Nicole Scherzinger, Temuera Morrison, Alan Tudyk, Rachel House, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Troy Polammalu, Christopher Jackson, Louise Bush, Phillipa Soo, Puanani Cravalho, and Oscar Kightley.
It was directed by Ron Clements and John Musker.
The story follows an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demigod Maui, who guides her in her quest to become a master
way-finder. Together they sail across the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds. Along the way, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she always sought: her own identity. Review from Rotten Tomatoes:

Based on all the reviews I read, and what I have seen of the movie, I believe it is a very good movie to watch. This movie is a kid friendly movie and can show kids new things and give them things and people to look up to. Also, the whole story line and everything in the movie is well
written in my opinion. The movie takes and gives a good lesson for the viewers watching. This movie also isn’t specifically for kids, it is a good family movie and will get you some good laughs
and or cries.
