The O-E lady Marauders played a double header Monday, May 17th, against Mt. Morris. The girls overall record is now 14-13. With our conference record being 5-3.
The Marauders grabbed the lead early in the first inning when Zoe Baiz hit a triple and Ashland Particka reached on an error, scoring Baiz. Olivia Burt and Maddisyn Miller led the team with three hits each. Miller led the team with RBI’s. Burt was in the circle for the first game, the right-hander pitched all five innings, striking out 10 and only allowing 2 hits. O-E took the victory with 0-13
The second game for the Marauders was 5-20 in the third inning. They got an early lead in the first when Particka hit a triple scoring Baiz. Miller led the team in hits with three. Burt led the team with RBI’s with four. Katilyn Fry was on the mound for the second game, the
