After a long week of ups and downs Ovid Elsie Varsity volleyball team took on Owosso for the first district game Monday Nov. 1st. This game put the Marauders’ season to an end after losing in three sets. Ovid Elsie had an amazing season coming off of only 4 wins last season. They finished second in the league with an overall record of 27-26 and a tournament record of 10-14. Coach Kourtney Miller said, “This was a great year for Ovid Elsie and especially my 7 seniors. They have worked so hard to accomplish all they have this year. Even though we came up short tonight I am still very proud of these girls.”
