The JV Lady Marauders moved their record to 13-3 (10-0 MMAC) Wednesday night after defeating Chesaning in conference play. After a strong defensive effort Ellyanna Carman led the way with 11 points, Tava Kvalevog had 5 points, and Maddie Thornton chipped in with 4 points. “We played good as a team overall last night,” Head Coach Brandon Belill stated. “Our defense has been a strong point the last two games, and it is great to see things start to click.” Going into the last week of the season limiting turnovers will be the team’s main goal. The Marauders play home Monday against Oakland Christian at 5:30, Tuesday at Goodrich at 5:30, and Thursday home against New Lothrop.
