The Fallout Presents Hope Rising From Loss

The Fallout, released on HBO Max, is an empathetic and well-acted film. It was released for streaming this year on January 27, 2022. The Fallout is rated R and is a drama film. It relates to today’s society and how grief affects people. I highly recommend this film for its meaningful message and powerful theme.

Under sudden and tragic circumstances, high schooler Vada, played by Jenna Ortega, begins to reinvent herself. During this, she evaluates her relationships with her family, and friends and her view of the world. Moving away from her comfort zone, she starts taking chances with decisions that test her own boundaries and push her in new directions. As she spends more time with Mia, played by Maddie Ziegler, they grow closer, and Vada bonds over shared experiences. The Fallout is a compelling story of the resiliency of life and how hope emerges from loss. This film was written and directed by Megan Park. On the Tomatometer, it was rated 93% and is certified fresh. The Fallout is about an hour and a half long. I recommend this film to others.
