Robert Cole, the film stars Letitia Wright as Shuri / Black Panther, alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence
Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Martin Freeman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and
Angela Bassett. In the film, the leaders of Wakanda fight to protect their nation in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the
Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.
Rotten Tomatometer rated this a 84% and audience rated it a 94%. Top critic states,”A poignant tribute that satisfyingly moves the
franchise forward, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever marks an ambitious and emotionally rewarding triumph for the MCU.” I agree
with them and think that Black Panther: Wakanda Forever says a solemn goodbye to one of the MCU’s most beloved stars without
skimping on the action. I think this movie lives up to its predecessor in many ways both from a viewing perspective & screenplay
style. An emotional cathartic tribute that provides not only a much-needed release to help us deal with loss but an intelligent political
thriller. Ryan Coogler has given us a beautiful film that gives you closure to a marvel character dear to our hearts. I rate this movie a
10/10.
