The record-breaking Eras tour continues with 146 dates and reaching 5 continents. Throughout this, Taylor Swift sings songs from nine of her albums and has two surprise songs every night that may feature the 10th album, too. Stretching from when she released her debut album at 16, Swift, and her most recent album at 32, Midnights.
When Taylor chose the songs on the setlist she chose mostly fan favorites, like I Knew You Were Trouble, and Shake It Off, but also played some more personal songs, like Marjorie.
Fans are dying to get tickets to the shows with the insanely high prices and tickets selling out in less than a minute. These concerts are held at stadiums that hold tons of people. The average amount of people attending the concert each night, rain or shine, is 72,000 people.
From my experience, this was the most fun concert I will ever go to. With Swift dancing through planned choreography through 44 songs, it was a great time. Everybody dressing up as their favorite eras and training friendship bracelets definitely made it a fun time for everyone. It was a very positive environment and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you again Mom for getting us tickets.
At my concert, the surprise songs were Haunted off of Speak Now (Swift’s Version) and I Almost Do from Red (Taylor’s Version). There is also a documentary of the Eras Tour coming out on Oct. 13th in theaters across the world.
