Week 1 of the NFL kicked off this season and the Lions and the Rams played this Sunday. Both offenses were firing this game but the Lions pulled through in OT winning 26-20. Some of the stats that helped the Lions win this game are Jared Goff completing 18 of his 28 passing attempts passing for 217 yards 1 touchdown and 1 interception. Although the Lions were dominant it was really the run game that won them this game with David Montgomery rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown and Jahmyr Gibbs rushing for 40 yards and a touchdown. Even though the Lions came out on top the Rams offense was no laughing matter with Mathew Stafford passing for 317 yards a touchdown and an interception. Along with Kyren Williams rushing for 50 yards and a touchdown on 18 attempts. All in all, this was a very entertaining game from both offenses.
