The Lions faced off against the Buccaneers this Sunday. It was a great performance from both teams, but ultimately the Bucs came out victorious 20-14. The Lions were playing great, but turnovers would cost them the game. Some of the stats from the Lions this game were, Jared Goff attempting 55 passes and completing 34 of them for 307 yards and 2 interceptions. Jahmyr Gibbs rushing for 84 yards on 13 attempts. David Montgomery rushing for 35 yards on 11 attempts and a touchdown. The stats that helped the Bucs win this game were Baker Mayfield passing 12/19 for 185 yards a touchdown and an interception. Then Bucky Irving rushed for 22 yards on 7 attempts. The real key to the Bucs winning this game had to have been their defense though only letting the Lions score 1 touchdown.
