Michigan was National Champion in 2023 and is at it again to try and take back the title of national champion. USC has not been a national champion in the last twenty years but that is not to say that USC was not a feeble opponent. Even though Michigan won the 2023 national championship, the team lost its main coach, most staff, and roughly 100 players.
The game took place at the Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This game took place on Saturday, September 21st. The fans were decked out in the new stripe, and fans were assigned blue or yellow shirts to their section in the stadium. The result was a blue and gold-striped stadium.

Michigan started strong against USC by being up 11 by half-time. But near the end of the 4th quarter, Michigan was down by four with two minutes left on the clock. Out of nowhere, Under double coverage, Kalen Mullings makes a run for 63 yards. Then Kalen Mullings makes a 1-yard touchdown with 37 seconds on the clock, winning the game. Michigan plays Minnesota at the big house on September 28th 2024.
