The name of the album is Kid Rock’s Greatest Hits: You Never Saw Comming. It’s by Kid Rock and was released on Sept. 21, 2018. The main songs on the album are Bawitadaba, All Summer Long, Born Free, Devil Without A Cause, and Picture. These songs are great because he’s able to blend rock, hip-hop, and heavy metal. He has great rhyme like in Born Free. The lyrics he puts in his songs are great for example in All Summer Long he sings,” It was 1989 My thoughts were short, my hair was long Caught somewhere between a boy and man She was 17 And she was far from in-between It was summertime in northern Michigan.” When people hear those lyrics they automatically know where it is from as long as they’ve heard the song before. Most people only know parts of that song and those lyrics would be one of them. His voice is great, his voice is softer but also rough but can control his pitch. I like a lot of his songs but his older songs are more rock and roll than anything else. My recommendation is to listen to this album, It has sadder songs like Picture or Only God Knows Why, catchy songs like All Summer Long, rock (Bawidaba), hip-hop (Devil Without A Cause), you also have songs that have all those genres and aspects in his songs. It’s a great album, all in all.
