Alligator Bites Never Heal by Doechii was released on August 30th, 2024. This album
contains 19 songs and is categorized as a trap music album.
One of the highlighted tracks on this album is Denial is a River, which I find particularly
disappointing. The song serves as a glaring example of wasted production. The instrumentation
is disjointed and clashes rather than harmonizes, producing an audio experience that feels
abrasive and unappealing. One notable song is Stanka Pooh. This piece can be described as
utterly lacking in purpose and sense. The lyrics fail to present any theme, instead weaving a
nonsensical tapestry that leaves listeners frightened. The randomness of the words contributes
to an overall feeling of absurdity, making it difficult to extract any meaningful interpretation. The
disconnect between the phrases creates an experience that many might find frustrating rather
than enjoyable.
Doechii is a horrible artist and does not deserve any of the fame she is getting, which
isn’t much but I believe she doesn’t deserve it at all. Her voice sucks, her lyrics are disgusting,
and she doesn’t represent anything but a trashy lifestyle.
This album is disappointing and I do not recommend it. Overall, her work lacks quality
and does not deserve recognition. I rate this album 0/10.
