This one gives everything the first one missed, it does not feel short, the characters of beetlejuice has more screen time and a purpose. The practical effects and the afterlife are also very well done , especially the stop motion. Likes this one better than the original. Also this movie keeps it real and also delivers a very good message (only for a short time)”They gave this movie a 4/5 stars while the audience rated it at 79%
I enjoyed this movie a lot. I was waiting for this movie to come out when it did, but I forgot about it and when it released on Netflix, I clicked it right away. It comes so close to the first Beetlejuice with such a high rating. The movie was actually funny at some points where the first Beetlejuice was more bland humor. I liked the unexpected events that happen in the movie, which sort of leaves on a cliffhanger. I hope they can somehow make a third one that concludes the series completely, not leaving the audience to think by themselves and have a real end to the story.
