Concentrate by The Happy Fits is an album I have known about but never listened to besides one or two of the songs. I didn’t avoid it I just don’t really listen to albums like others might I normally just find songs and listen to them ignoring the album. Concentrate was released on June 15th, 2018 and its genre is alternative/Indie, folk, and rock.
The Happy Fits are from Pittstown, New Jersey. The band was formed in 2016 by lead vocalist and cellist Calvin Langman and guitarist Ross Monteith, with the addition of Luke Davis as drummer following the release of their debut EP Awfully Apeelin‘. The Happy Fits are still together as a band, although founding member Ross Monteith has departed.
I like this album but its pretty bland to me, but it isn’t bad I just think there could be more variety and just changes overall in it, but its definitely okay. Some of the songs are super repetitive and others aren’t. Overall I’d give the album a 3.6 out of 5 so about average maybe a little below average.
