In March of 2018 local voters approved a bond proposal for school improvements. Principal Jason Tokar decided he couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to improve student seating in the cafeteria and thought it would be a good idea to get new tables. During events in the auditorium he noticed there wasn’t enough space to seat everyone and the old tables weren’t as useful as people wanted them to be. The new tables are better, dual purpose tables that adjust to allow people to sit and watch the performance in a comfortable position. When purchasing these tables from School Specialty Inc. the school benefited a lot by allowing more seating and better sitting positions. Tokar has received a lot of feedback some good others bad. The biggest complaint of them they are harder to get in.
