On Oct. 17th, the JV and freshman Marauder football teams combined, taking on the Durand Railroaders at home.
The first half “didn’t have much excitement,” said Billy Harris “it was just back and forth touchdowns.”
After half time, Justin Cole scored a touchdown making score 14-16. The Railroaders then scored two more touchdowns following making the score 28-14 favoring Durand, even though a flag was thrown on the second play.
Although they lost, they played hard. They will play their last game of the season away against Corunna on Thursday, Oct. 24th.
