Phantom Menace Offers Best Swordplay

Phantom+Menace+Offers+Best+Swordplay

Star Wars: The Phantom Menace is the first of five prequels that expand on the story that George Lucas created/directed when A New Hope came out in 1977. At first it was just a small story he wanted to tell and it eventually turned into sometime bigger when it hit an all time high in 1977. Even though it was a big hit when it came out to very few theaters it was expected to fail and be one of the worst movies ever to hit the big screen.

The Phantom Menace may not have been the greatest Star Wars movie out there but it is far from the worse, that’s my opinion and what I’m sticking with. Darth Maul (Ray Park) was excellent for the choice and he added a whole new name to the art of lightsaber combat in this movie.

I would rate this movie a 5/10 was it the greatest? No. But did it have great plot points absolutely and that is what I am pinning a 5/10 for.
