Good Girls available on Netflix, is about three women who decided to rob a supermarket because being good never got
them anywhere so in order to get a little extra money for them and their families they robbed the
store. What they didn’t know was that the supermarket was the territory of a local gang, so the
money they stole was theirs, and throughout the series the ladies get themselves in a bucket of
hot water with the gang. The director/creator was Jena Bans, and some of the executive
producers were Dean Parisot, Jeannine Renshaw, and Mark wilding. The main cast of this
show starred Christina Hendricks as Beth Boland, Matthew Lillard as Dean Boland, Retta as
Ruby Hill, Reno Wilson as Stan Hill, Mae Whitman as Annie Marks, and Manny Montana as Rio.
Rotten Tomato ratings for this show was about 87%, it varied depending on each season and it
seems Good Girls got more good ratings on season two and three. I highly recommend this show if
you are into mystery, drama, and romance, plus it is also action packed and i think this would be
a really good series to just bench watch. The actors and actresses are really good at making
their performances believable; you just get railed into the show. Personally, I would rate Good
Girls a 10/10 or 100%, I highly recommend you watching this show if you are looking for
anything new to binge watch on Netflix.
