The Ovid-Elsie varsity girls basketball team improved to 3-0 last Tuesday, defeating Lansing Eastern 56-22. Caitlyn Walter led the team with 12 points, including two three pointers, 2 assists and 3 steals. Braeden Tokar added 10 points and 5 rebounds while Braylon Byrnes added 9 points and 3 steals. The Marauders were able to rack up 12 steals on the nights and handed out 16 assists making 23 made baskets. Ovid-Elsie’s game against Durand was cancelled for Friday December 10th.
