Varsity Girls Volleyball Beats Montrose in Three Sets

In the Varsity Volleyball game Sept. 27th, the girls beat Montrose in a four set game where Ovid won three of the four. The first set was 17-25 with Montrose winning. The second set was 25-10 with Ovid winning. The third set was 27-25 with Ovid winning. The fourth set was 25-17 with Ovid winning. The girls played their hearts out, and came out on top.  

The Marauder leaders from the Montrose game in stats were Maddisyn Miller with 10 kills, Anna Kadlek with 12 digs,  Anna Kadlek with 15 assists, Maddisyn Miller with 7 aces, and Emma Newman with 3 Blocks. 

The Varsity Girls Volleyball team is 6-14 for the season. They will go up against Lakeville High School at Lakeville gymnasium at 6:30 p.m., on October 4th.
