One of the biggest matches in college football this season the 8th ranked Clemson Tigers faced off against the unranked South Carolina Gamecocks. At the end of the third quarter Clemson was up big 14-0 headed into the second. The Gamecocks would pull back and hold the Tigers the whole second quarter, headed into half 23-14 Clemson. The second half the Gamecocks would come out with vengeance and score an early 14 while Clemson scored 7 headed into the 4th quarter 30-28 Clemson. The Gamecocks would hold Clemson scoreless the whole 4th quarter and end up victorious with a field goal by Kicker Parker White bringing the score 31-30 and ending Clemson’s hopes of a playoff berth this season.
