Two suspects who are yet to be identified have committed theft at General Motors. They stole several new Cadillacs from the storage yard.
The two thieves committed the crime around 3 in the morning on Tuesday. The Michigan State police are investigating the area, which is the General Motors in Delta Township in Lansing.
The suspects left two out of the eight stolen vehicles east of the I-69 expressway near Webster Road in Bath Township in Clinton County. When they were located, they were found unoccupied. These two that have been found will be taken in for processing to try to figure out who the suspects are.
In the current reports, none of them show any motive that the suspects might have had to steal these vehicles. If there isn’t any information about the motive soon, many can assume that a possibility could be financial reasons.
According to Daylyn Huff, a writer on NewsBreak.com, “Eaton County Sheriff’s Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Department searched the area for the stolen vehicles but were unsuccessful.”
Some think that since this is an issue that has happened in the past, a part of it is the community’s fault for not having better security on the cars, which was a comment that had been left on one of the stories about this incident on NewsBreak.com. The investigation is still ongoing.
