The unranked Michigan Wolverines played the number 9 ranked Indiana Hoosiers on Saturday, Nov., 9th at Memorial Stadium. The game was very close with Michigan coming up just short losing this game 15-20. Michigan was alright on both sides of the ball allowing this game to stay pretty close. Michigan was alright on offense having 206 total yards with 137 of those yards being passing yards. Indiana was a little better having 246 yards with 206 of those yards being passing yards. Some key players for Michigan were Davis Warren who went 16/32 for 137 yards. Also, Michigan had Colston Loveland who had 4 catches for 37 yards. Some Key players for Indiana were Kurtis Rouke who went 17/28 for 206 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception. Also, Indiana had Keshawn Williams who had 6 catches for 70 yards. Michigan’s defense played very well in this game by having 4 sacks with TJ Guy having 2 sacks, Jaishawn Barham having 1 sack and Cameron Brandt having 1 sack. They also had 8 tackles for loss. Indiana also had a very good game defensively having 0 sacks but had 4 tackles for loss with CJ West having 1 tackle for loss, Jailin Walker having 1 tackle for loss, and Terry Jones Jr having 2 tackles for loss. Michigan is on a bye week this week but will look to bounce back on the 23rd against Northwestern in which Michigan will be fighting for a win to become bowl eligible.
