Now in Season Two on (streaming service) Cobra Kai is a continuation of the Karate Kid movies of the 1980s, except the two main characters are now grown men. At the end of season one John Crease shows up to help Johnny, however, Johnny is skeptical of the offer. At the start of season two Johnny accepts the offer from John Crease with the stipulation that he would change his ways and conform to Johnny’s new karte. However, at the end Johns Crease goes back to his old ways and takes over the Dojo. This is a big difference because Johnny is training his kids to mercy and not to win by taking advantage over someone but to win fairly. However, John is teaching them that if it helps you win, do it no matter what.
