Vanderbilt Bests Wolverines 66-65

The Michigan Wolverines had a tough 66-65 game ahead facing off against the Vanderbilt Commodores @ the Vanderbilt Memorial Gym  on Sunday March 18th, at 12:00 pm with the game ending in Vanderbilt’s favor. In the first half the Wolverines started out shaky and something felt off, despite the first few minutes the Wolverines were only up by 1 going into the half. Heading into the second half the Wolverines took the lead going up by as much as 12, yet it looked like Vanderbilt wanted it more in the second, coming back and out scoring Michigan 35-37 and moving onto the 3rd round of the NIT Tournament to face the UAB Blazers. Michigan’s leading scorer was (Center) Hunter Dickinson with 21 and for Vanderbilt it was (Guard) Tyrin Lawrence with 24  Winning by 1 66-65 and moving onto the 3rd round of the tournament.  Dickinson led in steals with two and three blocks. For Vanderbilt, Colin Smith had two steals.
