Super Mario Bros is about the video game that we all know and love with a twist. Mario and his brother Lugi set off on a quest to defeat the all-powerful Bowser with the help of Princess Peach. They must travel through all sorts of challenging obstacles in order to keep the peace that they love in the world.

I give this movie a 10/10 because I played the game growing up and thought that it did a great job of representing the game. I recommend this to anyone who loved playing this game growing up. 

Rotten Tomatoes gave the film 57%. Critic Michelle Kisner states, “Captures the fun and whimsy that Nintendo is known for.” 

It was released on April 5, 2023 and was directed by Aaron Horvath, Michael Jelenic, Pierre Leduc. Cast included Kevin Richardson, Jack Black, Khary Payton, and Chris Pratt.
