The 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival wrapped up its second weekend Sunday, April 19th, drawing massive crowds of music fans and celebrities out to the desert for one of the biggest events of the year. Held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The festival packed in back-to-back days of performances across multiple stages, with people filling the grounds from mid-afternoon all the way into the night, even with the intense desert heat.
Headlining performances from Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G pulled some of the biggest crowds of the weekend. Karol G’s set felt like a huge moment for her career, while Bieber’s performance stood out for its surprise guests, bringing out Tems, The Kid LAROI, and Wizkid. Other performers like The Strokes and Giveon kept the energy up throughout both weekends, consistently drawing in large audiences.
Celebrity appearances were, as always, a big part of the Coachella experience. Names like Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner were seen around the festival, along with Timothée Chalamet and Hailey Bieber, who were spotted in the crowd at different sets. Influencers and content creators also played a huge role this year, constantly posting outfit videos, concert clips, and behind-the-scenes moments, which made the festival feel just as big online as it did in person.
Outside of the music, a lot of people were talking about the fashion and overall vibe of the festival. There was a mix of classic Coachella looks like flowy outfits, boots, and bold accessories but also a noticeable throwback to early 2000s style, with things like low-rise skirts, oversized sunglasses, and layered jewelry everywhere. The art installations were also a highlight, with large-scale pieces spread across the grounds that people could walk through, take photos with, and interact with, adding more to the overall experience beyond just the performances.
