The Flash Season Six Will Not Disappoint

The Flash is a TV show that is based on the famous comic book series. The show came out in 2014 and is on its sixth season this year. The season premiere was Oct 8th, 2019 and the show plays at 8 pm on Tuesday nights.

The Flash  has many reviews. Some parents say that it is not suitable for children, others like it. Some say that the show is very good but is not suitable for all ages. I for one think that this show would get a 9 ½ out of 10. The half would be taken away because of a few sexist comments that were made by one character who entered the plot of the show in season 4.

The Flash is played by Grant Gustin. Other main characters are played by Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon, Danielle Nicolet as Cicile Horton, Tom Cavanagh as Sherloque Wells, Jesse L. Martin as Joe West, and Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibney.

Looking back at the season five finale, Barry and Iris suffered the loss of the daughter Nora who was visiting them from the future. They defeated their villain Cicada and by doing so, they changed the timeline. The timeline got worse when the Reverse Flash escaped from prison, and Nora disappeared because she did not belong to the timeline.

The first episode of season six took us on an emotional roller coaster when Barry and Iris continue to mourn the loss of their daughter. The end of the episode revealed that Barry Allen is going to die on Dec10th of this year. The crossover for 2019 (Crisis on Infinite Earths) will mark “the end” of The Flash’s life.

Fans are all reluctant to believe that this will actually go down. In the past, they have never killed the main character off, but they have temporarily removed him from the picture. They once took him and put him in a prison in the speed force for six months, but when they were ready, they took him back off the shelf and brought him back. They also had him in real prison for a crime he didn’t commit, and he was brought back from that too. They temporarily took away his speed, and a few episodes later, they gave it back to him. It would be no surprise if this was a similar situation. Also, there is a whole second half to the season after the crossover, and the show would not be able to continue for that long without its main character.

Looking ahead, it is going to be a very stressful season with the death of Barry Allen and the new villain. The new villain was looking to cure cancer with the use of dark matter, when his experiment went wrong and infected him with a monster of an alter ego. A run in with the Reverse Flash is also expected, seeing as he has made his return from prison. More grief about Nora’s death is definitely expected because she was a key character in season five.

This year’s season is going to keep fans on the edge of their seats with the cross over and thickening plot of the show. There are many theories about what could happen, and this is only one of them.
