The movie “The Turning ” is an hour and thirty four minutes long horror/mystery movie that is PG-13. It is a modern day take on the Henry James novel,“The Turn And Screw.” The movie is about how a young girl “who” is hired to watch this young boy and girl after their parents died. She soon realizes that there is much more to the story than just that.The movie was directed by Floria Sigismondi  and has the famous actor Finn Wolfhard who plays the son. The movie was released on January 24th in 2020 and got a Rotten Tomato score of 13% and an audience score of 13%. Even though the score was pretty low, I enjoyed going to see the movie and thought it was a good scare if you are into scary movies. Overall I would rate this movie a 7/10, there was in some ways needed improvements, but I thought it was a good mystery that kept my attention.
