The CW’s show Charmed is a recreation of the original Charmed series that aired from 1998 to 2006. 

Charmed has aired weekly on the CW since Oct 14, 2018. The show is currently on season three and has aired 3 episodes of the new season. 

Like the original Charmed, the show follows the lives of three sisters who discover after their moms death that they are a very powerful trio of witches. They are the “Charmed” ones.  Each season there are new challenges they have to face together. In season one, the girls are trying to figure out how to control their new powers while they learn how to work as a team and save the world from demons. In season two, someone is hunting and killing the witches and it’s up to the Charmed ones to find out who and stop them. Season three has just begun with a new challenge the girls need to overcome. 

This show stars Sarah Jefferey, Madeleine Mantock, Melonie Diaz, and Rupert Evans. 

Charmed is directed by Stuart Gillard and is produced by Ben Silverman, Brad Silberling, Jennie Snyder Urman, Carter Covington, Jessica O’Toole, Aaron Spelling, E. Duke Vincent, Constance Burge, and Brad Kern. This show is in the drama genre. 

Rotten Tomatoes said 71% of people enjoyed this show. One review said, “I loved every second of it. I soaked it up.”

I would rate this show an 8/10 and I recommend this show to anyone who enjoys watching shows full of action and suspense.
