Varsity Bowling Prepares for Regionals

Varsity Bowling Prepares for Regionals

The Boy’s and Girl’s Varsity Bowling teams prepare for their regional, which is set to take place on Friday Feb. 25th, and Saturday, Feb. 26th. The teams finished conference play a week ago against the Byron Eagles.

The boy’s bowled to a higher standard with Tobin Clark’s 213 being the team’s highest score. The girl’s bowled well as Gracie Shultz reached 223 in her game. 

The boy’s team finished 7th in conference play with senior Brandon Grieder and sophomore Hunter Maxa having the highest averages on the team with 138 each. 

The girl’s team won the conference for the 4th year running and senior Morgan Douglass and junior Gracie Shultz had the highest averages on the team.

Both teams will look to qualify for states as a team and individually.
