The Ovid Elsie Boys basketball team lost a heartbreaker to the Chesaning Indians last Wednesday March, 9th. The final score being 50-51 the Marauders and Chesaning went neck and neck all game long the Indians led in the first quarter. Chesaning led with steals and 3 pointers made, getting a lot of buckets off fastbreaks early on. These two teams went back and forth all season with the first game they played the Marauders won 57-49 followed by Cheasning in game two on top with 50-42. Axel Newel and Dylan Carman led the team both having 11 points followed by Logan Thompson with 9. This wraps up the Marauders season on this heartbreaking game being so close.
