Student Challenge Talks Our Number One

Student+Challenge+Talks+Our+Number+One

For Student Challenge, Pastor Judy and her Husband Stuart were teaching a lesson about Jesus being our best friend or our number one.

Student Challenge takes place in the woodshop room, also known as C-14. It is weekly on Thursdays, starting at 7:15 a.m. and lasting until 7:50 a.m.

This lesson is being taught using bible stories, bible verses and personal experience to help the students understand that middle school and high school are some of the hardest times for kids and they need a friend.

This lesson is being taught to impact middle schoolers and high schoolers, and is being taught because many students during their school years are lonely and scared to make friends.

When asked What will this teach the students/what is the main point of this lesson? Samantha Grubaugh said, “The main point is to get the students to commit to being a Christian.”

This shows that God is always your friend but when you become a Christian you become his friend too and then you are best friends.
