On Oct 15, The Ovid Elsie JV football team took on Mt. Morris and won this game 28-8. On the offensive side of the ball for the second week in a row the leading rusher was Cohen Tyler who also led against New Lotheroup.
For the Marauders on defense, the leading tackler was Beau Price with 8 tackles. In the defense of backs Braxton Stinger led the team with 1 interception.
After the Marauders won this game head coach Nick Hufnagle was asked about the overall performance of his team, “This was a great game by our offense of line and defensive of line. They came out strong and led us in the right direction to take the win.”
