Wednesday, May 12th, the Ovid-Elsie Marauders Varsity Softball team played the Laingsburg Wolfpack. The Marauders have played Laingsburg once already this season and split games. In the first game the Marauders lost in double overtime 13-8. Junior, Zoe Baiz and sophomore Ashland Particka both got two runs in for the Marauders. Freshman, Maddison Miller led the team in RBI’s with three. In the second game the Marauders lost 13-23 with a home run by freshman Maddison Miller and she also led the team in RBI’s again with seven in this game. Sophomore Olivia Burt led the team with four runs in at home. The Marauders next game will be Friday at home against Perry High School a 4.
